With an extensive background serving communities with various behavioral health needs, Ingrid comes to Wonderful Health & Wellness with a mission to help de-stigmatize mental health services among Hispanic communities. She is most inspired by the opportunity to work with students and young adults transitioning to college.

A Central Valley native, Alexandra comes with over eight years of experience in behavioral health and is committed to helping others improve their well-being through education, healing, and by providing the necessary tools to inspire positive changes.
